How do you handle pressure at work place

Work stress has important health consequences that range from the relatively mild—more colds and flu—to the more serious, like heart disease and depression. A more practical choice would be to adopt more useful strategies to reduce stress at work. Here are some stress management methods to try.

Stay calm always:
Maintain a calm attitude, no matter what happens. This comes with practice, the more you practice, the better you will get. Staying calm expresses that you can make things in pace and complete your tasks, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

Recharge yourself:
No one runs on the treadmill permanently. We all have to set aside time to recover and renew from life's stressful and turbulent moments, whether it is merely relaxing in, going to get a massage, going outside to get clean air or taking a vacation. No one is permanently at the top of their game when you a worn down; you will be a more excellent person and professional if you take some time to recharge.

Ask for help:

Being a great achiever can help you feel significant about yourself and excel at work. Being a perfectionist, on the other hand, can drive you and the people around you little maniacs. Especially in busy, fast-paced jobs, you may not be able to do everything correctly. But aiming to do your best and then complimenting yourself on the effort is a good strategy.

Stay away from conflict:
Because conflict can take a toll on your physical and emotional well-being, and because conflict among co-workers is so challenging to avoid, it's a good idea to withdraw dispute at work as much as possible. Try to avoid those people at work who don't work well with others. If conflict finds you anyway, learn how to deal with it properly.
